Craig is the founder of Nanogreen and has worked tirelessly to create a socially and environmentally impacting business. Providing the community of Swindon with a fairer, cleaner society.

Chris joined Nanogreen in 2019 to support Craig in the access and growth of the strategy for Nanogreen to expand its environmental and social reach, solidifying the reinvention of corporate social responsibility for a fairer, cleaner society.

Kelly is responsible for the financial well being of Nanogreen. An expert in the world of Xero and all things finance based and is tenacious in her quest for perfection of our processes.

John has joined Nanogreen Sustainable Facilities Management after a number of years in the facilities industry. John has expertise within commercial cleaning as well as pest control and hygiene services such as washroom management including waste disposal and serviced mats and vending.

Gemma joined Nanogreen earlier this year as our Customer Service Manager. Working alongside the Branch Management Team and Business Development, Gemma is on hand for any questions our clients have and supporting with new client queries and information.

Matt leads the team with day to day operations and organisational strategy to ensure Nanogreen are at their most efficient when in the field. Matt has been with Nanogreen for 6 years and embodies the ethos and values of Nanogreen Sustainable Facilities Management and with his team cover the North Wiltshire, West Gloucestershire and Berkshire areas.

Robert joins Nanogreen following 10 years as Operations Manager at Thomas Cleaning based in the Chipping Norton area. Robert now leads his Cotswolds based team covering the Oxfordshire, East Gloucestershire and Warwickshire areas.

Ivan has joined Nanogreen Sustainable Facilities Management also from Thomas Cleaning as the newest Branch Manager. Ivan had 5 years working as an Area Manager and now leads his team from Salisbury covering the South Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire regions.

Tash is one of our most experienced operatives. Looking after our commercial building & office cleaning services; Tash, is always on hand to answer questions and has a very good eye for detail.

Saul is a dab hand on our commercial window cleaning services. Expertly able to navigate a building up to 65ft externally as well as providing many of the Swindon and Wiltshire social services, local authority care based assisted cleans .

Laszlo is one of our most experienced Technicians within the Cotswolds remit and has worked in this area for many years. His commitment to client satisfaction and scope within the commercial facilities space makes him an asset within any service provision.

Judit can be typically found side by side with Laszlo. Together a formidable team of experience and service.

Adelina has been within our teams since 2020 and has been a great addition to our commercial and contract cleaning services. Adelina works tirelessly to ensure every contract has a hospitable and hygienic environment for all staff and stakeholders and very often provides insight in to more efficient methods of providing that service.

Colin is one of our newest technicians based in Swindon. Colin has quickly found his niche in providing support in our specialist cleaning within our social services, local authority and care provision.

Daryl has been apart of the Swindon team since 2019. Having started within our specialist cleaning team, Daryl has now become one of the dedicated allrounders at Nanogreen Sustainable Facilities Management.

Angel is one of our key team members when it comes to educational settings. As with many of our technicians his experience is this field provides security and consistency in ensuring children, staff and stakeholders alike enjoy a safe hospitable environment.

Mariya provides the support to Angel as our educational facility team. The go to members for information, experience and solutions to some of the most common problems and requirements within schools and colleges alike.

Blagovest has a keen eye for details and is a great asset in our social services and local authority division. Never afraid to tackle any job and works systematically to ensure the end sure has a safe hospitable home to enjoy.

Milen, often teamed with Blagovest; has great experience within the domestic cleaning market and has brought his skills and knowledge to assist in all manners of contract cleaning and assisted living cleans.

Jane is prolific within our sheltered housing and housing association division of contract cleaning. Residents and Building Manager alike have worked with Jane to provide hygienic and hospitable environments for the communal benefit of all stakeholders.

Ally has a long history of commercial and contract cleaning having worked for some of the leading organisations in the Wiltshire area from technician to supervisor. Ally’s attitude to her work has led Nanogreen Sustainable Facilities Management to  secure a number of contracts within the industrial and light commercial space.

Alex is part of a team of two and can be found with Svetla. This team work within large industrial and commercial buildings to provide their craft. Many of these being our largest commercial clients and have been in situ for a number of years as part of a key service offering.

Tim and Tanya have joined Nanogreen after fleeing their homes from the Ukraine. With experience in facilities and sales in the Ukraine, Tim and Tanya have quickly settled in to our education division providing services to nurseries and schools within the Wiltshire area.

Sheila has joined us during 2022 from a long career in hospitality. With excellent knowledge of the industry and understanding customer needs, Sheila has provided our hospitality and Leisure clients with excellent service and empathy.

With a varied experience of retail and corporate in her previous work history, Leahann joined us during the height of Covid and was quick to bring her experiences to the team for the commercial and office sector. Typically working alongside Sheila you will find their teamwork a great addition to your supply chain.

Robert and Szende are another awesome twosome who experiences began within our domestic services provision. Typically this team continue with our assisted living cleans for end users who have difficulty with mobility and can be found as key personnel for social services, local authorities and mental health teams for sheltered housing, assisted cleaning and deep cleans for hospital discharge.

Mikey joined Nanogreen Sustainable Facilities Management in 2019, starting his craft within our Window Cleaning Division. Mike has now progressed to our out of hours team and provides high level cleaning to some of our largest clients. Mikey also works alongside Mike in our Pest control division so you can often catch him hunting down rats and pigeons.

Mike joined Nanogreen Cleaning in 2022 as our lead Pest Controller and all things pest related. Mikes key eye for details and problem solving enables him to provide reactive and proactive solutions to any pest issue from bed bugs and fleas to rats and bees. His experience has seen his expertise in a number of industries from Commercial and Industrial facilities to education and hospitality.

Casey has joined Nanogreen sustainable Facilities Management from Thomas Cleaning. Casey has also been very experienced within the domestic cleaning industry and has been a welcomed addition to our assisted living and social services team of cleaners. Communal cleaning for housing associations and sheltered housing schemes alike are a go to for Casey.

Helena is one of newest members of the team based in Leamington Spa. Helena’s knowledge of the area and her key focus on our clients makes her a valued member of Nanogreen in the short time she has been with us.
